Commission Prices, Terms, & Conditions:

Capabilities:

I can do spaceships, tanks, firearms, and other ideas within the same area. Before commissioning me, please consult me through email or my socials.

Cost (Depending on Complexity and Originality):

Vehicle (Linework):   $150+

Vehicle (Colour):   Add. $30+

Vehicle (Colour + Layout):   Add. $10+

 

Design Variant: Add. $20+ per variant, depending on the complexity of the change—for example: different turrets, wheels, treads, etc. based on the same chassis.

Commercial Rights & Use: +100%

Use & License:

You can copy, print, edit, distribute, and use this digital art for personal use. You can pay the additional cost for unlimited commercial use. Crediting me as the designer is not required but appreciated.

 

Payment:

Payment is upfront and processed via PayPal in United States Dollars (USD). Commissions under $200 must be paid in full. Commissions above $200 can be paid in half as explained below.

 

We must discuss the scope and cost of the digital art requested before work starts. Once we agree upon the scope and cost, the first invoice will be sent. The first invoice is half of the total cost. When the first invoice is paid, a 3D blockout or sketch will be sent for approval before the continuation of the work. Once approved, a second invoice will be sent. The second invoice is the remaining half of the total cost. When the second invoice is paid, a final digital art will be sent as soon as it is completed.

 

Upon request by the client, or when the total cost is under $200, the first invoice could be the full cost. There will be no second invoice in this case, thereby simplifying the payment process.

 

Completion time:

Each digital art will be completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity and current queue.

 

Revisions:

There are no revision fees for the 3D blockouts or sketches during the initial discussions. I will send emails or messages regarding the work's progress, where minor revisions or variants could be made at no additional cost. Major revisions have additional costs depending on the complexity of the feedback. Fees will be decided based on the time spent to revise the work, which must be paid before further work continues.

 

After the final 3D render is completed, further revisions have additional costs depending on their complexity.

 

Cancellations:

I reserve the right to decline work for reasons I see fit before work is started. Declined work will not be charged. Cancellations are free of charge until the 3D blockout or sketch is received. Once the 3D blockout or sketch is received and the invoice is paid, cancellations are no longer available.
